5.     4. Discounts on web hosting for a 2-year commitment, referrals and inventor groups.

6.     5. List of Service providers (i.e. Attorneys, Manufacturers, Marketing, Prototype and etc.) 

         on the Classified web page.

7.     6. Address book listing all inventors (Optional) on the Inventors Directory web page.

8.     7. Links to the Patent Office, Inventors Groups, Office Suppliers and other valuable web sites 

         on the Helpful Links web page.

9.     8. Questions and comments posted on the Inventors Chat web page.

4. Submission Requirements:

1. Photo's of your invention (s)

2. Copy of your Patent or application if photo's are not available 

3. A copy of the Web Page Submission form signed & dated

4. Check or Money order for the amount due (1 or 2 year plan and Web Page Options)

5. Sign and date form
